Clock Software is a private limited company developing software and hardware solutions for the hospitality industry - property management system, restaurant point of sale, online booking engine, channel manager, self-service kiosk, mobile hotel app. Its headquarters is in London, UK.

Clock Software was incorporated in 1994 in Varna, Bulgaria, under the name Clock Ltd (Клок ООД). Initially, the company specialized in selling hardware and peripherals but soon switched its focus to the development of hotel software.[1] In 1996 Clock launched their first property management system - ClockFront for Windows. At the time, a huge privatisation was going on as part of the transition of the country to democracy and market economy.[2] All hotels, previously owned by the state, were changing ownership and needed new software to replace previous, often centralised, management systems. Clock Software took the chance to offer their software to the newly privatised hotels.[1]
In 2006 Clock Software started to expand to countries outside Bulgaria and opened offices in Romania (2007) and Croatia (2008). The first markets where their products were adopted were Romania, Macedonia and Croatia.[1]
In 2010 Clock took the decision to create a completely new hospitality software suite based on cloud technology. The new product was built around the idea of consolidation of separate applications into one cloud-based platform and switching from [7] and in 2016 Clock Software was included in the Grant Thornton's report 'Emerging clouds in hotel technology Spotlight on cloud-based PMS' [8]
Clock PMS Suite is a property management system delivered as SaaS. It is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is a certified partner of various third party providers: payment gateways - PayPal, Authorize.Net,[9]Worldpay, Adyen; channel managers - RoomCloud and Yield Planet; door lock systems - ASSA ABLOY, hotel meta search websites - TripConnect by Tripadvisor[10]

This desktop digital clock is darn near perfect !! I've used the windows 3.1 style clock on my desktop for years on 32 bit windows. I have other programs I use for alarms and scheduler and time tracking, etc. I wanted a simple digital clock that didn't try to satisfy every possible need and do none of that well (i.e. I didn't want almost any other clock available). I'm so glad I found Digital Clock 4. It presents a simple yet configurable digital clock, which can be configured for no borders, no background (so it blends in seamlessly with any desktop wallpaper). Its available in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. And if you want to add to its features (such as alarms and other things) there are about 20 plugins that come with Digital Clock 4. Its relatively easy on Ram usage, around 60 mb and uses almost no CPU ticks. A beautiful, elegant, and simple design. Highly recommended !!!
Easily configurable stay on top digital clock! Works as described. Only one drawback is that it does not stay on top of extended monitors. Other than that, very well designed.
This is a great product and replacement for Windows Desktop Widgets. I wish there where more plugins though like a weather plugin, cpu plugin, hardisk and so on. Take a look at Conky!
